• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker:in für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Elektriker:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, idealerweise im Facility Management oder in der Gebäudetechnik
• Praktische Erfahrung mit elektrischen Sicherheitsprüfungen nach DGUV Vorschrift 3, von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik (MSR) von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im Lesen und Umsetzen von Schaltplänen
• Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)

• Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparatur elektrischer Anlagen in gewerblichen Gebäuden
• Fehlerdiagnose und Störungsbeseitigung an elektrotechnischen Einrichtungen
• Durchführung von Prüfungen und Messungen gemäß DIN VDE sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
• Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer elektrischer Komponenten und Systeme
• Optimierung und Modernisierung von Bestandsanlagen zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz
• Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
