Die Ypsomed Produktion GmbH ist die deutsche Produktionsgesellschaft des Schweizer Medizintechnikkonzerns Ypsomed AG. Der Fokus des neuen Produktionswerks liegt in der Fertigung und Montage von Injektions-Pens, Autoinjektoren und Infusionssets zur subkutanen Verabreichung flüssiger Medikamente, für Diabetes und anderen (Autoimmun-) Erkrankungen.

Produktionsingenieur Industrialisierung / Optimierung m/w/d

Deine Hauptaufgaben

• Industrialisierung und Inbetriebnahme von hochautomatisierten Produktionslinien
• Erstellung von Lastenheften als Input für die externen Hersteller der Produktionslinien
• Mitentwicklung von integrierten Testsystemen und Koordination der Herstellung mit externen Partnern
• Sicherstellen Know-how-Transfer vom Automationspartner in das Produktionswerk
• Entwicklung und Realisierung von Optimierungslösungen zur Verbesserung der Produktqualität und der Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Umsetzung der regulatorischen Anforderungen, im Rahmen der Herstellung von Medizinprodukten bezüglich Qualifizierung, Validierung und Änderungswesen
• Mitarbeit beim Aufbau eines neuen Produktionswerkes sowie MES

Dein Profil

• technisches Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektro-, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in den Bereichen Automatisierung, Qualifizierung und Validierung von Medizinprodukten
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Testsystemen
• ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
• selbstständige, analytische und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Umfangreiche ERP/MES-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisen (CH/DE)
